摘 要:以丰富我国体育教育专业人才培养思路为目的,将中美两国体育教师职前培养作为研究对象,通过文献法、比较法、逻辑分析法分别从培养对象的选拔、培养机构、培养目标、课程设置、体育教师资格制度展开比较分析,得出结论:中美两国的体育教师培养都是基于本国的教育和体育文化国情,在体育教师职前培养方面有着各自的特点。与美国相比,中国的体育教师教育虽然起步晚,但通过一边自我探索、一边吸收国外的先进经验,缩小了与先发国家间的差距。启示:教师选材突出综合评价;注重多学科教育,重视专业理论课程;拔高体育教师准入门槛;完善体育教师资格证制度。To enrich our country sports education professional personnel training idea,for the purpose of the PE teachers'preservice training between the two countries,China and America as the research object,through the literature method,comparison method,logic analysis,respectively from the training object selection,training institutions,training objectives,curriculum setting,sports teachers'qualification system on the comparative analysis,draw the conclusion:based on the different cultural background,education and sports,the United States in the two countries in the sports teachers'pre-service training.And draw inspiration:the teacher selects the material to highlight the comprehensive evaluation;Pay attention to the multi-disciplinary education,pay attention to the professional theoretical courses;Raise the entrance threshold of physical education teachers;We will improve the physical education teacher certification system.
