基于SWOT-AHP的高职院校现代学徒制培养模式发展战略研究

摘　　要：首先运用SWOT方法分析了高职院校"现代学徒制"培养模式所具有的优势和劣势,以及"现代学徒制"培养模式发展中所面临的机遇和威胁,然后应用层次分析法(AHP)对SWOT因素和战略措施进行定性评价,并对发展"现代学徒制"的影响因素按权重进行排序,在运用统计软件分析计算的基础上确定最优发展战略,最后提出"现代学徒制"培养模式发展战略的相关建议,以期促进"现代学徒制"培养模式在高职教育中更好更快地发展。This article used the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the"modern apprenticeship"training model in higher vocational colleges,as well as the opportunities and threats faced in the development process,then evaluated the SWOT factors and strategic measures by AHP,and ranks the influencing factors of"modern apprenticeship"by weight.Based on the analysis and calculation of statistical software,this paper determined the optimal development strategy,and finally put forward relevant suggestions on the development strategy of"modern apprenticeship"training mode,in order to promote the better and faster development of"modern apprenticeship"training mode in higher vocational education.
