摘 要:目的探讨模拟教学法联合seminar教学法在儿科规范化培训中的应用。方法选择于2016年9月至2019年5月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院进行儿科规范化培训的学员35名为本次研究对象,根据培训教学方法不同进行随机分组,接受传统教学培训的17名学员入传统组,接受模拟教学法联合seminar教学法的18名学员入观察组,对比此两组学员理论考试成绩、临床技能掌握情况、医患沟通能力情况、完成培训后临床实际工作1个月期间患者满意度情况。结果观察组学员理论考试成绩及Mini-CEX评分显著高于传统组(P<0.05),在完成培训1月后满意度及投诉统计中,观察组满意度显著高于将传统组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科规范化培训中采用模拟教学法联合seminar教学法可有效提高学员的理论知识水平、基本操作能力、医患沟通能力及临床诊疗能力,可积极推广。Objective To explore the application of simulated teaching method combined with seminar teaching method in pediatric standardized training.Methods Thirty-five pediatric students were selected from September 2016 to May 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.They were randomly divided into two groups.Seventeen trainees in traditional teaching and training were enrolled in the traditional group,and 18 trainees in simulated teaching were enrolled in the observation group.Results The theoretical test scores and MiniCEX scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).In the satisfaction and complaint statistics after one month of training,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simulated teaching method combined with seminar teaching method in pediatric standardized training can effectively improve students’theoretical knowledge level,basic operation ability,doctor-patient communication ability and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,and can be actively promoted.
