实现本科、研究生专业水平与就业能力分级思考--以沈阳农业大学园艺专业为例

摘　　要：随着中国农业结构的不断优化,园艺产业正处于逐步迈向现代化、专业化和国际化发展阶段,对于园艺专业人才的需求量大幅度上升,并且对于园艺专业人才的综合素质也有了更高的要求。针对园艺专业研究生教育发展水平及就业现状,培养出具备专业理论知识和实践能力,能够适应现代化园艺产业发展结构的高素质园艺专业人才是当前培养园艺专业人才的重要目标。以沈阳农业大学园艺学专业的本科生和研究生为例,针对园艺专业本科生和研究生实施不同的培养目标、培养方案和课程体系的分级人才培养模式,同时使人才培养满足市场的需求并且能够与国家的发展战略融为一体,进一步提升园艺研究生的核心竞争力。With the continuous optimization of agricultural structure in China, horticultural industry is gradually moving towards modernization and internationalization. Professionals of horticulture are being demanded substantially, and they are also required to have higher comprehensive quality. To cultivate high-quality horticultural talents, who not only have professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability but also can adapt to the development structure of modern horticultural industry, has become an important goal of cultivating horticultural talents. Undergraduates and postgraduates majoring at horticulture in Shenyang Agricultural University taken for example, a graded horticultural talent cultivation mode which makes different training objectives, training programs and course systems for undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral postgraduates who major at horticulture is put forward so as to meet market demands of enterprises and employers and integrate the demands with the national development strategy and thus further improve the core competitiveness of postgraduates of horticulture.
