摘  要:回顾我国公共卫生学位制度的发展情况,聚焦培养目标、指导方式、课程设置、实践教学、学位论文及质量评价共6个方面,比较全日制科学学位和专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式和就业情况,提出大健康背景下公共卫生人才培养的发展战略。公共卫生科学学位和专业学位研究生要分类培养:科学学位研究生培养依托一流的学科平台、多学科的导师团队、跨学科的学位课程和国际化的项目提升科研创新能力;专业学位研究生培养依托一流的实践平台、校内外的导师队伍、聚焦岗位胜任力的特色课程和实际问题导向的研究课题提升实践应用能力。By reviewing the development situation of the degree system for public health in China,by focusing on the training goal,way of instruction,curriculum,teaching practice,degree thesis and quality assessment of the said degree system,altogether six aspects thereof,and by comparing the training models and employment situations for the full-time postgraduates in pursuit of academic degrees and the two things for the full-time postgraduates in pursuit of professional degrees,a development strategy for training public health talents is proposed in the context of general health.Postgraduates in pursuit of academic degrees and postgraduates in pursuit of professional degrees should be trained in different groups:with academic degree training relying on first-class disciplinary platforms,multi-disciplinary mentor teams,interdisciplinary degree courses and international projects so as to enhance scientific research and innovation capabilities;with professional degree training relying on first-class practice platforms,mentor teams inside and outside universities,featured courses focusing on job competence and practical problem-oriented research projects so as to enhance practical application capabilities.
