区域职业教育“校企通”平台的构建路径--以宁波市为例

摘  要:职业教育校企合作公共服务平台在推进区域校企合作、增强校企合作融合力、提升职业教育吸引力、提高企业发展软实力等方面具有重要价值意义。在案例研究的基础上,探索区域职业教育校企合作公共服务平台的构建路径:建立"校企通"平台,设计五大核心功能模块;创新"双平台"机制提振职业院校的吸引力;运用"平台化"思维,打造融合协同的资源库;实施"多主体"联动,开展校企合作落地孵化;强化"绩效化"管控,推进校企合作质量评估。The public service platform for vocational education school-enterprise cooperation is of great value in promoting regional school-enterprise cooperation, enhancing the integration of school-enterprise cooperation,enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education, and improving the soft power of enterprise development.Ningbo City has explored in advance in building a regional vocational education school-enterprise cooperation public service platform, which has achieved remarkable results and formed a practical framework that can be used for reference: establishing a "school-enterprise communication" platform and designing five core functional modules;and an innovative "dual-platform" mechanism Revitalize the attractiveness of vocational colleges;use"platformization" thinking to build a resource pool of integration and coordination;implement "multi-agent"linkage to carry out incubation and incubation of school-enterprise cooperation;strengthen "performance-oriented" management and control, and promote school-enterprise cooperation quality evaluation.
