摘 要:高职思政课与共青团第二课堂协同育人,是构建"大思政"格局、实现全面发展育人目标、发挥教育教学作用最大化的需要。高职思政课与共青团第二课堂的教育目标是一致的、教育内容是互补的、教育实践是趋同的。要使两大课堂协同育人且提升育人成效,需要目标融合,这是统一协同育人的方向标;需要资源整合,这是优化协同育人的保障力;需要考核结合,这是完善协同育人的指挥棒。The collaborative educationthe between the collaborative education of ideological and political courses and the second classroom of the communist youth league in higher vocational colleges is the need of constructing the pattern of "big ideological and political", realizing the goal of all-round development and maximizing the role of education and teaching. Higher vocational ideological and political courses and the second class of the communist youth league of China have the same educational objectives, complementary educational contents and similar educational practices.
