摘　　要：研究将大数据、人工智能、网络、云计算整合为"大人网云"使用的必要性、可行性,分析综合使用"大人网云"存在的问题,提出新兴应用型大学应对智能时代"大人网云"发展的基本策略:形成适应智能时代的新兴应用型大学组织形态,优先培育"大人网云"学科体系与科技成果,快速增设"大人网云"专业以培养应用型人才,全面实施"大人网云"课程教学改革,开展面向"大人网云"的应用服务。This paper studied the necessity and the feasibility of integrating big data, artificial intelligence, network and cloud computing into "BANC", analyzed the existing difficulties in the comprehensive use of "BANC" and proposed a basic strategy for emerging application-oriented universities to respond to the development of "BANC" in the intelligence era: forming the organizational form of emerging application universities adapted to the intelligent era, giving priority to the cultivation of the "BANC" discipline system and technological achievements, rapidly adding the "BANC" specialties to cultivate application-oriented talents, fully implementing the teaching reform of the "BANC" courses, and carrying out application services for "BANC".
