摘  要:德育工作是技工院校教育的重中之重,学生的安全和拥有良好的职业素养是技工院校生存之道。近年来,随着学生生源质量的变化,德育在教育中的主体作用越发凸显,班主任是学校德育工作的主要力量,班主任的职业素养直接影响德育的效果。文章在分析技工院校当前德育工作面临的问题的基础上,结合笔者工作经验,提出了作为技工院校班主任应具备的几种职业素养。Moral education is the most important part of the education in technical colleges,and students’safety and good professional quality are the way for technical colleges to survive.In recent years,with the change of students’quality,the main role of moral education in education is more and more prominent.The head teacher is the main force of school moral education.The professional quality of the head teacher directly affects the effect of moral education.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the current moral education in technical colleges,combined with the author’s work experience,this paper puts forward several professional qualities that should be possessed as a head teacher in technical colleges.
