摘  要:时间是认知活动的重要维度,学习时间分配不仅影响个体对学习任务的理解,还表征心理资源的管理和控制水平。研究慕课学习时间分配,有助于揭示慕课学习者学习状态和行为规律,提高慕课学习者心理资源管控水平,为慕课开发和学习支持服务提供决策依据。以中国大学MOOC平台中7967名学习者的学习行为记录为对象的研究发现:慕课学习者在线学习行为时间序列呈现非平稳特征,课程周期内学习者学习时间分配存在三段式节奏;学习者资源交互行为的时间分配存在显著差异,学习者对间接分值项目(课件资源)与分值项目(测验、考试、作业和论坛)广泛关注;不同成绩等级的学习者群体的资源交互行为与学习时间分配存在显著差异,优秀组学习者的行为频次与时间投入均保持较高水平。慕课课程团队要重视慕课的考核设计,根据课程节奏和学习者行为的阶段特征给予不同的学习支持和服务,尤其要在课程运行中及时关注"低访问频次低时间投入"和"高访问频次低时间投入"两类学习者,开发和利用平台的学习过程监控模块,在课程周期的全过程及时监控、预测并干预学习者的学习行为。Time is an important dimension of cognitive activity,and the allocation of study time not only affects the individual understanding of learning tasks,but also represents the level of management and control of psychological resources.Studies on time allocation of MOOC learning can reveal the learning status and behavioral rules of learners,and improve the level of psychological resources control of learners,to provide the basis for decision-making for the MOOC development and learning support services.Based on the learning behavior records of 7967 learners on the platform of China University MOOC,the research found the following results.First,the time series of online learning behaviors of the MOOC learners are non-stationary,and there are three-stage rhythm in the allocation of study time of the learners during the course period;Second,there are significant differences in the time allocation of resource interaction behaviors,and learners pay extensive attention to indirect score items(courseware resources)and score items(quizzes,exams,assignments and forums);Third,there are significant differences in the resource interaction behavior and allocation of study time among learners with different grades,and the behavior frequency and time investment of learners in the excellent group remained at a high level.According to the course rhythm and the stage characteristics of the learner’s behavior,the MOOC team should pay attention to the evaluation design of the MOOC and give different learning support and services.While a MOOC is running,it is necessary to timely pay attention to the two types of learners(with"low access frequency and low time investment"and with"high access frequency and low time investment"),explore and utilize the platform’s learning process monitoring module,and timely monitor,predict and intervene learners’learning behaviors in the course period.
