摘 要:教师在教学过程中应注重英语听力的有效指导,通过不同学习策略的指导帮助学生充分认识到自身听力的不足,提高学生自身英语学习能力。元认知策略是一种典型的学习策略,在大学英语听力教学中的应用具有十分重要的价值。主要探究了元认知策略的计划策略、监控策略和调节策略在听力前、中、后的应用,进一步帮助教师建立英语听力教学指导策略,提高英语听力教学的质量。Teachers should pay attention to the effective guidance of English listening in the teaching process, through the guidance of different learning strategies to help students fully recognize their own listening deficiencies, improve their own English learning ability. Metacognitive strategy is a typical learning strategy and have an important value in college English listening teaching. This paper mainly explored the planning strategy, monitoring strategy and adjustment strategy of metacognitive strategies during listening, and aimed at help teachers to establish English listening teaching guidance strategies and improve the quality of English listening teaching.
