摘 要:目的分析多种教学法在普通外科学理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月间于本院普通外科接受教育指导的60位见习医生,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30人。对照组行常规理论教学,观察组行多种教学法,6个月后对比两组见习医生理论水平的前后变化、教学满意度以及见习差错发生率。结果教学前两组理论水平接近(P> 0.05),教学后观察组见习医生理论水平得分为(9.4±0.5)分,对照组为(8.7±0.5)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=5.422)。观察组见习医生教学满意度为96.67%(29/30),见习差错发生率3.33%(1/30),对照组教学满意度80.00%(24/30),见习差错发生率26.67%(8/30)。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ~2=4.043、6.405)。结论在普通外科学理论教学中,多种教学法的应用效果理想,见习医生的理论水平、教学满意度较高,且见习差错发生率得到控制。Objective To analyze the application effect of various teaching methods in the theoretical teaching of general surgery. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 60 interns were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional theoretical teaching, the observation group received a variety of teaching methods. Six months later, the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical level changes, teaching satisfaction and the incidence of errors. Results Before the teaching, the theoretical level of the two groups was close(P>0.05). After the teaching, the theoretical level score of the observation group was(9.4 ± 0.5) points and the control group was(8.7 ± 0.5) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05, t=5.422). In the observation group, teaching satisfaction and the incidence of errors was 96.67%(29/30), 3.33%(1/30), the control group was 80.00%(24/30) and 26.67%(8/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05, χ~2=4.043, 6.405). Conclusion In the theoretical teaching of general surgery, the application effect of various teaching methods is ideal, the theoretical level and teaching satisfaction of interns are high, and the incidence of internship errors is controlled.
