摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化德行魅力深厚,将中华优秀传统文化嵌入高职教育人才培养是意识形态安全、大学生个人素质提升、文化的创新性发展与创造性转化的现实需要,可将紧紧扣住人才培养目标和人才培养方案改革这一“牛鼻子”、牢牢把握课程改革这一核心着力点、充分应用好校园文化建设这一重要抓手等作为中华优秀传统文化嵌入高职教育人才培养改革的实现路径。It is a practical need for ideological security,personal quality improvement of college students,innovative development and creative transformation of culture to embed Chinese excellent traditional culture into talent cultivation of higher vocational education.We can closely hold the talent cultivation goal and talent cultivation program reform,and firmly grasp the core focus of curriculum reform,make full use of the important grasp of campus culture construction,so as to embed Chinese excellent traditional culture into the reform of higher vocational education personnel training.
