摘　　要：随着高职教育百万扩招的深入推进,职业教育竞争与日俱增,高职院校必须树立竞争发展的理念,主动参与人才培养的全过程并找寻培育与提升竞争力的有效路径。通过分析近年来广东高职教育“创新强校工程”考核结果,提出高职院校竞争力培育与提升,既要突出办学特色,又要重视人才培养全过程质量竞争,走“扩容、提质、强服务”之路,优化扩充优质生源、创新人才培养模式、强化社会服务,实现高质量发展。With the deepening of higher vocational education"one million enrollment expansion",vocational education competition is increasing day by day,higher vocational colleges must establish the development concept of competition,take the initiative to participate in the whole process of talent training and find an effective way to cultivate and improve their competitiveness.Guangdong higher vocational education through the analysis for 3 years"innovation school project"the assessment results,cultivation and competitiveness in higher vocational colleges,to highlight the school characteristics,the whole process of quality competition and to pay attention to personnel training,walk"strong capacity,quality,service",optimize the expansion of students with high quality,innovative talent training mode,strengthening social services,achieve high quality development.
