摘　　要：职业院校的班主任是班集体的管理者、领导者和组织者。面对社会发展新的要求、学生发展新的特点和班集体建设新的任务,巧用智慧管理班级,实现班级管理的智慧化,既能提高职业院校班级工作的实效,又能促进立德树人过程中诸多矛盾的有效解决。智慧管理遵循了职业院校学生身心发展的规律,顺应了职业教育发展的根本趋势,必将成为现代职业教育立德树人的重要方式。The head teacher of vocational college is the manager,leader and organizer of the class.Facing the new requirements of social development,the new characteristics of student development and the new task of class collective construction,smart management of classes and the realization of intelligent class management can not only improve the effectiveness of class work in vocational colleges,but also promote the effective resolution of many contradictions in the process of moral cultivation.Intelligent management follows the law of the physical and mental development of vocational college students,conforms to the fundamental trend of the development of vocational education,and will become an important way of modern vocational education.
