摘  要:结合院校教育与师承教育的特点和中医学的教学要求,在中医学专业的专业教育中施行了"院校+师承"的教育模式。通过问卷分析和访谈发现,"院校+师承"是学习中医不可或缺的重要模式,但存在临床"教"与"学"有时间差、师承阶段不宜过早开展等问题。应逐步完善教学内容、教学方式,解决师承过程中的问题,才能真正促进中医人才的培养。Combining the characteristics of institutional education and inheritance education and the teaching requirements of traditional Chinese medicine, the educational model of"institutional education and inheritance education"has been implemented in the professional education of traditional Chinese medicine. Through questionnaires and interviews, it is found that"institutional education and inheritance education"is an indispensable and important mode of learning traditional Chinese medicine, but there are some problems such as the time difference between clinical "teaching"and "learning"and the inappropriate early development of inheritance stage. Only by gradually improving the teaching content and methods and solving the problems in the process of teachers’ acceptance can we really promote the training of Chinese medicine talents.
