摘　　要：目的:观察两种传统眼部保健方法(明目功、眼保健操)对青少年眼调节功能的影响,探索传统中医保健法在防控青少年近视中的作用。方法:186名学生分别来自七年级2个班、八年级5个班,按完全随机区组的原则随机分为两个组:治疗组练习明目功,对照组练习眼保健操,观察两组在练习前、后3个月调节幅度、调节反应量、调节灵敏度的变化。结果:(1)两组调节幅度均显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗组提高幅度较大(P<0.05);(2)两组调节反应表现为调节滞后,干预后调节滞后量均显著减少(P<0.05),且治疗组减少较显著(P<0.05);(3)两组调节灵敏度均无显著改善(P>0.05),且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种传统中医眼部保健法均可改善青少年眼调节功能,提高青少年眼调节幅度,降低眼调节滞后量,为其在青少年近视防控中的应用提供了干预性防治依据。Objective:To observe the effect of two traditional eye care methods(Mingmu Gong and eye exercises)on adolescent ocular accommodative function,and investigate the role of traditional Chinese health care in preventing and controlling juvenile myopia.Methods:186 students from 2 classes in 7 th grade and 5 classes in 8 th grade were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group practiced Mingmu Gong while control group practiced eye exercises,observed the changes of accommodative amplitude,accommodative response and accommodative sensitivity of the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Results:(1)The accommodative amplitude of both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and treatment group increased greater(P<0.05).(2)The accommodative response of both groups were manifested as accommodative lag,which had significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.05),and treatment group decreased greater(P<0.05).(3)The accommodative sensitivity of both groups had no significantly improved(P>0.05),with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two traditional Chinese eye care methods can improve teenagers’ocular accommodative function,increase their accommodative amplitude and decrease accommodative lag,which provides an intervention basis for the prevention and control of juvenile myopia.
