摘　　要：文章指出教育文化不协调发展的问题,提出并阐释T态教育概念,论述T态教育理念在协调学科主义与综合主义、协调人本主义与群本主义、协调时间主义与空间主义、协调活动主义与知识主义、协调自然主义与工具主义、协调深度主义与广度主义、协调抽象主义与具象主义方面的价值,以及发挥作用的注意点。This paper points out the problem of the uncoordinated development of education and culture,puts forward and explains the concept of T-education,and discusses the concept of T-education in the coordination of disciplines and comprehensiveness,the coordination of humanism and collectivism,the coordination of time and space,the coordination of activism and knowledge,the coordination of naturalism and instrumentalism,the coordination of depth and breadth,and the coordination of abstraction,the value of realism and realism,as well as the points of attention to play a role.
