摘　　要：针对地方高校传统工科培养体系存在的问题与自动化专业创新创业培养的需求,探索新工科背景下地方高校自动化专业创新创业的模式,从五个方面进行较为详细全面的探讨,并进行初步实践。实践结果证明,该培养模式有助于学生将理论知识与实践相结合,有效提高了学生的创新动手能力,促进学生的创业思维,促进自动化专业复合型人才的培养,为地方输送更加符合产业发展的人才。In view of the problems existing in the traditional engineering training system of local universities and the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship training of automation specialty,this paper explores the innovation and entrepreneurship mode of automation specialty in local universities under the background of new engineering.In general,this paper conducts a more detailed and comprehensive discussion and preliminary practice from five aspects.Experience summary shows that this training mode is helpful for the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice of students,effectively improving the innovative ability of students,promoting the entrepreneurial thinking of students,promoting the cultivation of composite talents of automation major.Ultimately,this training model can deliver talents that are more in line with industry development.
