摘 要:目的本文通过对某三级甲等医院员工满意度调研,分析影响员工满意度的因素,探讨各因素对员工满意度的影响程度,从而提出相应的策略,提高员工的满意度。方法采用随机抽样方法,对1827名员工进行电子问卷调查。结果员工满意度水平处于一般和满意之间,影响员工满意度的主要因素有年龄、文化程度、技术级别、所在科室、岗位、职务、月均收入、婚姻状况、人员编制、工作年限。随着年龄的增长满意度呈下降趋势,薪酬越高满意度也会越高,已婚状态的满意度低于单身状态的员工,内科组的员工满意度低于外科组的员工。结论为提升员工满意度,应建立合理的薪酬体制,改善工作条件,针对重点人群进行干预,如在培养新员工的同时也应给予老员工更多的关怀和帮助。Objective This paper analyzed the factors affecting employee satisfaction through a survey of employee satisfaction in a Grade Ⅲ Level A hospital, and discussed the impact of each factor on employee satisfaction, so as to propose corresponding strategies to improve employee satisfaction. Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey on 1827 employees. Results The level of employee satisfaction was between general and satisfactory. The main factors affecting employee satisfaction were age, education, technical level, department, position, job title, average monthly income, marital status, staffing, and working life. As the age increases, the satisfaction level decreases, and the higher the salary, the higher the satisfaction level. Employees married have lower satisfaction than single ones. The medical staff in internal medicine group has lower satisfaction level than that in surgical group. Conclusion In order to improve employee satisfaction, a reasonable compensation system should be established. Working conditions should be improved, and key groups should be intervened. For example, while training new employees, older employees should provide more care and help.
