摘  要:高校教师职业倦怠是目前普遍存在的现象,带来了一连串负面效应。如何解决这一问题,成为许多学者专家努力的方向。本文试图从场域理论的视角,通过探索高校教师职业发展机制,来解决教师职业倦怠的问题,包括:建立健全高校教师激励机制;建立一套合理的高校教师竞争机制;提高教师待遇、建立制度保障;加强师生沟通,增强教师个人成就感。College teachers’ job burnout is a common phenomenon, which brings a series of negative effects. How to solve this problem has become the direction of many scholars and experts. From the perspective of field theory, this paper attempts to solve the problem of teachers’ job burnout by exploring the professional development mechanism of university teachers, including: establishing and improving the incentive mechanism of university teachers;establishing a set of reasonable competition mechanism of university teachers;improving the treatment of teachers, establishing system guarantee;strengthening the communication between teachers and students, enhancing the sense of personal achievement of teachers.
