摘　　要：中国医疗队伍的人才储备欠缺制约着我国医疗水平的提高和发展。高中生作为医学教育招募的主体,其报考数量和质量极大地影响着医学生及未来医师队伍的整体水平。针对中美两国医生培养体系及高中生了解医学相关知识途径的差异,提出吸引最优秀的高中生报考并投身于医疗事业,实现优秀医学后备人才的储备,进从而从根本上推动我国医疗的均质化。The lack of talent reserve in Chinese medical team restricts the development of medicine in China.High school students are the main subjects of medical education,hence their number and quality greatly affect the overall level of medical students and future doctors.Based on different doctor training systems and distinct ways to understand medical knowledge for students in China and the United States,this paper suggests that we need to attract the best senior high school students to apply for medical colleges and devote themselves to the medical service in our country,so as to realize the reserve of excellent medical talent pool,and fundamentally promote the homogenization of medical treatment in our country.
