摘  要:研究旨在探讨不同低聚糖对乳酸菌体外增殖过程的影响。以不同低聚糖代替葡萄糖作为MRS培养基中的碳源,进行植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和保加利亚乳杆菌的体外培养,测定4种乳酸菌不同培养时间的OD600nm、pH值、还原糖含量及24 h培养液中的有机酸生成量。结果表明:4种低聚糖对植物乳杆菌的增殖效果无显著差异,低聚果糖对干酪乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的增殖效果最好;低聚麦芽糖对保加利亚乳杆菌的增殖效果最好。因此,为充分发挥益生菌的功能应选择合适种类的低聚糖作为益生元添加到饲料中。The study investigated the effect of different oligosaccharides on the proliferation process of lactic acid bacteria in vitro.Different oligosaccharides were used insteading of glucose in MRS medium as the carbon source to cultivate of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.The OD600nm,pH value,reducing sugar content and the amount of organic acid in 24 h culture medium were determined.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the proliferation effect of four oligosaccharides on Lactobacillus plantarum.Oligosaccharide fructose had the best proliferation effect on Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus acidophilus,and Maltose oligomeric had the best proliferation effect on Lactobacillus bulgaricus.Therefore,for the purpose of fully exerting the probiotics functions,an appropriate type of oligosaccharide should be selected as a prebiotic to be added to the feed.
