摘　　要：提升地方本科高校财务管理专业人才的应用能力是管理学学科建设的重要内容。深入分析用人单位对财务管理人才的能力新需求,调研地方本科院校财务管理专业人才培养现状,总结制约地方本科院校财务管理专业学生应用能力提升的主要原因,提出建议采用改革培养方案、加强实务教学、引进和培养"双师"型师资、大力推行"双创"教育等措施,全面提升财务管理专业人才实务能力。Improving the application ability of students,the major ofwhom is financial management,in local undergraduate universities isan important part of the specialty development.The current situationof the training of financial management specialty in local undergra-duate colleges and universities are investigated.Main causes thatrestrict the upgrading of the application ability of financial manage-ment specialty talents in local undergraduate colleges and universitieshave been found.Suggestions on adopting reform and training pro-grams,strengthening practical education,introducing and cultivatingdouble-qualified teachers,implementation of double-innovation edu-cation have been made to enhance the application ability in financial management specialties.
