“双高计划”建设下高职院校技术技能创新服务能力研究

摘　　要：技术技能创新服务能力作为推进高职院校"双高计划"项目建设的重要内容,有自身的要素范畴和实施路径。目前高职院校技术技能创新服务能力还存在不足,包括支撑专业群不够、协同融合不够、成果转化不够等。高职院校技术技能创新服务能力建设应坚持促进教学资源转化、促进解决技术难题、促进师资能力提升三个原则,同时采取从创新服务平台群布局、平台协同融合建设、协同创新团队打造、科教结合支撑人才培养、科技成果转化导向评价等路径。At present, the ability of technical skill innovation and service in higher vocational colleges is still insufficient. The construction of technical skills innovation and service ability in higher vocational colleges should adhere to the three principles of promoting the transformation of teaching resources, solving technical problems and promoting the improvement of teachers’ ability. At the same time, it is necessary to take such paths as the layout of innovation service platform group, the construction of platform collaborative integration, the creation of collaborative innovation team, the combination of science and education to support personnel training, as well as the scientific and technological achievements transformation oriented evaluation.
