摘  要:围绕常规教学、岗位实习、竞赛集训三种手段对培养高技能竞赛人才的作用,以及三者之间的协同运用方式,构建"赛教习"协同高技能竞赛选手的有效培养模式。该模式实施需要做好高水平技能竞赛人才要素分析与评价体系构建、"赛教习"协同专业人才培养方案(含学分互换)实施、基于"赛教习"协同的高技能培养工作室(工匠工坊)构建、"赛教习"高技能人才培养实证反馈修正等工作。全国职业院校技能大赛"云计算技术与应用"赛项的人才培养实践表明,该模式是有效的。This paper explores the effective training mode of high-skilled contestants that is"competition-teaching-practicing"cooperation mode,by focusing on the role of conventional teaching,post-practice and competition training in the formation of highskilled contestants,as well as the cooperative application of the three methods.To implement this model,it is necessary to do a good job in the analysis and evaluation system of talent elements of high-level skills competition,the implementation of competition-teachingpracticing collaboration professional talent training program(including credit exchange),the construction of high-tech training studio(craftsman workshop)based on competition-teaching-practicing collaboration,and the empirical feedback and correction of competitionteaching-practicing collaboration of high-tech talent training.The talent training practice of"cloud computing technology and application"in the National Vocational College Skill Competition shows that the model is effective.
