现代学徒制的实习管理措施

摘　　要：在国家推进高职院校教育改革中,阳江职业技术学院在2017年获得了现代学徒制试点办学指标,开启了新型办学模式探讨之路。本文从阳江职业技术学院的现代学徒制实习管理角度出发,分析两种模式下实习的区别,同时给出了我院现代学徒制在不断探索的实习管理中所采用的措施。While pushing the country's promotion of education reform in higher vocational colleges,Yangjiang Vocational and Technical College has obtained the index of experimental apprenticeship in modern apprenticeship system in 2017,which opened the way to explore a new mode of schooling.From the perspective of modern apprenticeship practice management in Yangjiang Vocational and Technical College,this paper will be analyzed the differences between the two modes of apprenticeship practice,and the measures will be given to adopted by modern apprenticeship practice management in our college in the continuous exploration.
