摘  要:建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍是我国新时代教育现代化的基础工作,其中师德是教师发展的第一要素。从新时代教师队伍建设的角度,阐发对新时代教师职业道德教育的再认识。其主要内容为:中华优秀传统文化是加强新时代师德教育的理论根基,“四有”好教师标准是当前师德教育的时代内涵,自我修炼是师德教育及高品质教师发展的实践指向。The construction of high-quality professional and innovative teaching staff is the basic work of the modernization of education in China.And teachers’professional ethics is the chief element of teacher development.This article illustrated the recognition of teachers’professional ethics education from the perspective of the construction of teaching staff in the new era.It mainly discussed that the Chinese excellent traditional culture is the theoretical foundation for strengthening teachers’profession ethics education,the standard of teachers with excellence in“four aspects”is the contemporary connotation,and self-cultivation is the practice direction of high-quality teachers development.
