摘 要:目的通过在护生临床护理实践教学中应用合作式情景模拟教学方法,旨在提高护生的临床护理实践教学质量。方法于2018年4—12月,选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院康复科实习的护理本科学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用传统的临床护理教学结合合作式情景模拟教学方法,对照组使用传统教学方法。实习两个月后评价两组实习护生的理论考试成绩、实践技能考试成绩以及对教学效果满意度。结果实验组护生的理论考试成绩为(94.53±1.52)分,实践技能考试成绩为(92.36±1.41)分,综合能力成绩为(90.12±1.28)分,教学效果满意度为95.0%(38/40),均高于对照组的理论考试成绩为(82.34±1.28)分,实践技能考试成绩为(80.11±1.14)分,综合能力成绩为(80.23±1.33)分,教学效果满意度为70.0%(28/40),两组之间的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在护生的临床护理实践教学中应用合作式情景模拟教学方法,可以明显提高护生的理论考试成绩、实践技能操作成绩和教学效果满意度,应该探索进一步进行推广。Objective To improve the teaching quality in nursing students'clinical rehabilit-ation nursing practice through application of cooperative scenario simulation teaching method.Me-thods From April to December 2018,nursing undergraduates practiced in the rehabilitation dep-artment of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected as the rese-arch objects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Traditional clinical nursing teaching combined with cooperative scenario simulation teaching method was ado-pted in the teaching of the experimental group,while the control group used traditional teaching method.After two months of practice,the theoretical test results,practical skill test results and the satisfaction of teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results In the experimental group,the scores of theoretical test,practical skill test and comprehensive ability test was(94.53±1.52),(92.36±1.41)and(90.12±1.28)respectively.Generally,the teaching effect satisfac-tion in the experimental group was 95.0%(38/40).In comparison,the scores and teaching eff-ect satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,of which the scores of theoretical test,practical skill test and comprehensive ability test were(82.34±1.28),(80.11±1.14)and(80.23±1.33)respectively as well as 70.0%(28/40)of the teaching effect sat-isfaction.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cooperative scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice tea-ching of nursing students can significantly improve the theoretical test results,practical skill test results and teaching effect satisfaction,and should be further explored and promoted.
