摘 要:目的观察翻转课堂(FCM)联合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学模式在留学生传染病学见习课中的教学效果。方法以国际英语临床班大学四年级60名留学生为研究对象,电脑随机分为两组,分别接受传统方式教学和FCM联合TBL教学模式。见习课后通过组织笔试考试,教学满意度问卷调查来评估教学效果。结果FCM联合TBL教学组在对教学内容,教学手段,调动学生积极性和参与度等方面的满意度均高于传统教学组,笔试成绩也优于传统教学组;FCM联合TBL教学组与传统教学组相比笔试平均成绩分别为(8.20±0.79)分及(7.58±0.78)分、教学满意度分别为(91.00±4.53)分及(85.77±4.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用FCM联合TBL授课方式在留学生传染病学见习课授课中能够达到更好的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect using flipped classroom model(FCM)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in international students teaching of infectious disease.Methods 60 international students were randomly assigned to two groups:traditional teaching groupand FCM combined with TBL group.Two groups were compared by using theory test and questions survey.Results FCM combined with TBL group was better than traditional teaching group in teaching content,teaching measure and learning enthusiasm.Theory scores of FCM combined with TBL group and traditional teaching group were(8.20±0.79)and(7.58±0.78),satisfaction scores were(91.00±4.53)and(85.77±4.73),These all had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion FCM combined with TBL is a suitable teaching model for international students in infectious disease teaching.
