摘　　要：为培养出符合时代标准的高素质人才,高职的英语教学需要对学生进行个性化教学,根据不同学生的特点,制定适合学生的教学方法,因材施教。因此,如何实施高职英语的个性化教学,是目前急需解决的问题。本文将从英语个性化教学的内涵、高职英语个性化教学的必要性和实施策略三个方面展开论述,以期为高职英语个性化教学的顺利开展提供有效建议。In order to cultivate high-quality talents in line with the standards of the times, English teaching in higher vocational colleges needs to be individualized for students of different levels. How to implement individualized English teaching in higher vocational colleges becomes a problem to be solved urgently. This paper will discuss the connotation of individualized English teaching, the necessity of individualized English teaching and the implementation strategies in order to provide effective suggestions and methods for the smooth development of individualized English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
