摘　　要：农药残留快速检测是"食品安全快速检测"课程的重要学习项目。本研究依托智慧职教云课堂平台进行了农药残留快速检测项目混合式教学设计与实施,对比混合式教学与传统教学的效果,混合式教学可提升学生学习兴趣、实现师生及时互动、实时了解学生学习情况,提升了学习效果。Rapid detection of pesticide residues is an important learning program in the course of Rapid Food Safety Detection.This research relies on ICVE Cloud Class to design and implement the hybrid teaching on rapid detection program of pesticide residue.Compared with the effect of hybrid teaching and traditional teaching,hybrid teaching can enhance the interest of students in learning,achieve timely interaction between teachers and students,real-time understanding of students’learning situation,and enhance the learning effect.
