摘　　要：伴着我国社会经济的飞速发展,酒店行业的前景越来越好,同时酒店行业对管理专业的标准化要求也大幅上升。全球的经济朝着一体化的方向逐步发展,酒店行业开始走向了国际化和品牌化,更加提高了高职院校对酒店管理专业学生职业素养培养的要求,国家为了与国际经济接轨,对各个高职院校酒店管理专业的学生职业素养的培养有了高度的重视。但是,就各高职院校为酒店行业输送的人才结果分析,高职院校在校培养学生职业素养的效果并不理想,与酒店行业的发展速度和要求还存在一定的差距。With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the prospect of the hotel industry is getting better and better.At the same time, the standardization requirements of the management profession in the hotel industry are also rising sharply.The global economy is gradually developing in the direction of integration, and the hotel industry has begun to move towards internationalization and branding, which further improves the requirements of vocational colleges for the cultivation of professional quality of students majoring in hotel management. In order to connect with the international economy, the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional quality of students majoring in hotel management in various vocational colleges. However, based on the analysis of the results of talent delivery for the hotel industry in vocational colleges, the effect of training students’ professional quality in vocational colleges is not ideal, and there is a certain gap between the development speed and requirements of the hotel industry.
