摘  要:为更好地发挥外语学习促进多元文化理解与融合的社会功能,实现儿童未来持续学习外语的可能性,澳大利亚政府推出了早期语言学习项目(ELLA)。该项目提供基于游戏的数字化应用程序来促进儿童学习外语,采用多样的实施方式和多元的评价手段,在提升外语学习兴趣和外语学习效果,促进跨文化理解和完善外语教学体系方面显示出积极的成效。澳大利亚早期语言学习项目给我们提供了以下启示:应重视儿童早期外语能力的培养,从国家战略高度制定多元外语教育政策,利用数字技术推进多元外语教育。In order to give full play to the social function of foreign language learning to promote multicultural understanding and integration,and realize the possibility of children’s continuous foreign language learning in the future,the Australian government has launched Early Learning Languages Australia(ELLA).This program provides game-based digital applications to promote children’s foreign language learning.The adoption of various methods of implementation and evaluation has shown positive results in enhancing the interest and effect of foreign language learning,promoting cross-cultural understanding,and the gradual improvement of foreign language education system.The Australia’s ELLA program has provided us with the following implications:China should also pay attention to the cultivation of children’s early foreign language ability,formulate multiple foreign language education policies from the height of national strategy and promote multiple foreign language education with digital technology.
