不同栽培基质对杏鲍菇产量及品质的影响

摘　　要：研究了不同栽培基质对杏鲍菇产量的影响,并对桉树木屑栽培杏鲍菇的主要营养成分和功能氨基酸含量进行了研究。结果表明,配方5(玉米芯、甘蔗渣、桉树木屑、麸皮、豆粕、玉米粉、石灰和轻钙干重比分别为34.5%、12.3%、22.2%、15%、7.5%、7.5%、0.5%和0.5%)的单产、产出收益、相对净收益均最高,分别为0.512 kg/袋、3.841元/袋、3.131元/袋。不同配方的氨基酸、多糖、蛋白质等的含量存在差异,同一配方的菇蕾与商品菇的氨基酸、多糖、蛋白质等的含量均存在差异。综合产量、品质及效益,配方5最好。配方5在福建中延菌菇业有限公司等基地示范推广4200万袋,每袋利润较传统阔叶树木屑配方提高了0.08元,企业增收336万元,社会经济效益显著。Pleurotus eryngii was cultured on different culture substrates to observe its yield performance,and the main nutritional components and functional amino acid content of P.eryngii cultured on eucalyptus sawdust were analyzed.The results showed that P.eryngii cultured on the medium of Formulation 5 yielded the highest(0.512 kg/bag),and produced the highest output income(3.841 yuan/bag)and relative net income(3.131 yuan/bag).The contents of amino acids,polysaccharides and proteins of P.eryngii mushrooms varied when the mushrooms were cultured on mediums of different formulations,and were different between the marketable mushrooms and mushroom caps when the mushrooms were cultured on the medium of the same formulation.Comprehensive comparative analysis of all the formulated mediums in yield,quality and profits showed that the mediume Formulation 5 was the best.The medium Formulation 5 had been demonstrated and prepared 42 million bags for culture of P.eryngii mushrooms in Fujian Zhongyan Mushroom Industry Co.,Ltd.The profit of this formulated medium was 0.08 yuan/bag higher than that of the traditional medium with broad-leaved sawdust substrate,and the company had regenerated a revenue of 33.6 million yuan,resulting in considerable social and economic benefits.
