摘 要:以海南产红毛丹采后贮藏病果为试材,采用形态学、rDNA-ITS序列对比的方法,对病原菌的生物学进行鉴定,并通过离体试验的方法,研究不同杀菌剂对红毛丹主要致病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:棘孢曲霉(Aspergillus aculeatus)为主要致病菌,其最适生长pH为6,对数生长期为24~36 h,随着培养温度提高(16~32℃)菌丝生物量增大;3种杀菌剂中咪鲜胺呈现较强的抑菌活性,其EC50为0.836~1.290μg/mL。本研究结果为海南产红毛丹采后病害的防控提供参考。Pathogens were isolated from postharvest rotten fruits of rambutan(Nephelium lappaceum)produced in Hainan and identified through their morphology and rDNA-ITS sequence.The indoor toxicity of different fungicides to the pathogens was determined by in vitro test in order to provide reference for the disease control of postharvest Rambutan fruits.The results showed that Aspergillusaculeatuswas the main pathogen among the isolates.The optimal growth pH of this pathogen was 6,the logarithmic growth stage was 24~36 h,and the dry weight of mycelium increased with the culture temperature(16~32℃).Among the three fungicides,prochloraz showed the highest antifungal activity,and its EC50 was 0.836~1.290μg/mL.
