摘  要:在知识转型背景下,学术自由不断"萎缩"。今天的一流学科建设处在内外双重的约束之中。一流学科建设不只是自由的学术,更要遵从科学、政治和市场等多元逻辑,充分满足不同主体的需求。走向有组织的一流学科建设,要强化行政力量对一流学科建设的规划组织;强化作为行政负责人的院长的组织领导;强化绩效考核的推动和督促。As a result of knowledge transformation,academic freedom continues to"shrink".First-class disciplinary construction,one of China’s ongoing projects in higher education,is subject to both internal and external constraints.One way to overcome such constraints is to recognize that the construction of first-class disciplines means more than an effort to pursue academic freedom,that it also strives to meet the diverse needs of different subjects while following the multiple logics of science,politics,and market.Efforts towards organized first-class discipline construction shall focus on three aspects:to strengthen the planning and organization of first-class discipline construction using administrative force;to strengthen the organizational leadership of the dean in charge of administration;to strengthen the promotion and supervision of performance evaluation.
