摘  要:本试验利用离子色谱仪对生乳中硫氰酸根的含量进行测定。通过一系列生乳样品试验数据及样品回收率的分析,以及对相关试验条件进行优化对离子色谱在生乳检测中的具体应用进行了较详细的论述。该检测方法结果线性关系好,结果准确,检测限低,相关系数r=0.9999,回收率84.6%~104.1%,相对标准偏差范围在4.5%~13.4%之间,具有良好的重复性与再现性。The thiocyanate in raw milk was determined by ion chromatography.The application of ion chromatography in milk detection was discussed in detail through a series of raw milk samples’experimental data,analysis of recovery rate,and optimization of relevant test conditions.The results of this method are linear,accurate,in low detection limit,correlation coefficient of 0.9999,recovery of 84.6%~104.1%,and relative standard deviation range is 4.5%~13.4%.This method has good repeatability and reproducibility.
