摘 要:作为一种崭新的人才培养模式,现代学徒制融合学校教育与传统学徒制优势,通过校企深度合作,实现教师、师傅的联合传授,培养既懂理论又有实际操作经验的技术技能人才。在现代学徒制教学组织过程中,教育者和学习者建立针对性指导关系,形成即时反馈通道,教育者帮助学习者及时解决疑问,进行专项训练,提高技术技能水平。通过教育信息化构建人才培养模式有利于现代学徒制充分应用技术手段、高效匹配学业职业和稳定运行夯实成果,其构建策略主要有三大路径:依托教育信息化,搭建"云+网+端"构架;加强校企合作,深化产教融合;促进合作共享,提升教学实践效果。As a brand-new talents’ cultivation mode, modern apprenticeship combines the advantages of college education and traditional apprenticeship training, and cultivates technical talents who has theorecical knowledge and practical experience through in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises and joint efforts of teaching by teachers and masters. In the process of modern apprenticeship teaching organization, educators and learners can establish a targeted guidance relationship and form an immediate feedback channel. Educators help learners solve queries timely to obtain special training and improve technical skills. Constructing a talents’ cultivation mode through educational informatization is conducive to modern apprenticeship to fully apply technical means, efficiently match students’ academic and professional performance and stabilize to consolidate achievements. Its construction strategy mainly has three paths, which are to build a "cloud + network + port" architecture based on educational informatization;strengthen college-enterprise cooperation to deepen the integration of industry and education;and promote cooperation and sharing to enhance the effectiveness of teaching practice.
