摘  要:运用文献资料法、实验法,探索微课程在体育学院田径普修课中的设计制作及应用,在充分了解田径教学的特点及不足的基础上对微课程进行设计和制作并应用于教学,通过在教学中的实践,得出结论:在田径普修微课程课设计中,遵循微型课程原则、科学性原则、创新性原则、具体化原则;依照确定主题、分析学情、设计微课、准备素材、制作微课、实施微课的流程进行开发设计;田径普修微课程提高了学生的学习效率,绝大多数学生表示田径普修微课程对尽快掌握技术动作起到较大的帮助作用。This article uses the methods of literature and experimentation to explore the design and application of micro course in the general course of track and field in Physical Education Institute.On the basis of fully understanding the characteristics and shortcomings of track and field teaching,the micro course is set up and made and applied to teaching.Through the practice in teaching,the conclusion is drawn:in the course design of track and field general micro–cuniculum,the principles of micro-curriculum,science,innovation and concretization are followed;According to the process of determining the theme,analyzing the learning situation,designing micro-lessons,preparing materials,making micro-lessons,and implementing micra-lessons,the development and design are carried out,The general track and field course improves students learning dfficienty,and the vast majority of students say the general track and field course is of great help ing mastering technical movemeets as soon as possible.
