摘  要:老年学术性继续教育是老年教育的组成部分,是构建"服务全民终身学习教育体系"的重要基础,是老龄化社会对老年人多元学习需求态势的有效应对。在梳理老年学术性继续教育概念脉络的基础上,提出老年学术性继续教育内涵特征:教育对象是高中及以上学历的中老年人,教育目标指向老年人全面发展,教育内容注重专门知识的系统学习和应用,教育形式突出学-养-为结合,并进一步提出老年学术性继续教育具有全面育人、经济建设和社会建设的功能。Academic continuing education at higher education institutions for the elderly is an integral part of education for the elderly,an important basis for constructing a lifelong learning education system for the whole people,and an effective response to the needs of the elderly for multiple learning in an aging society.On the basis of combing the conceptual context of academic continuing education at higher education institutions for the elderly,this paper puts forward the connotation characteristics of academic continuing education at higher education institutions for the elderly.The educational target is the middle-aged and the elderly with high school education and above,the educational goal is to the all-round development of the elderly,the content of education focuses on the systematic study and application of specialized knowledge,and the form of education emphasizes the combination of learning,health maintenance and contribution.It further puts forward the idea that academic continuing education at higher education institutions for the elderly has the function of comprehensive education,economic construction and social construction.
