摘 要:艺术产业的勃兴使发展乡土艺术成为我国脱贫攻坚的重要路径,农村艺术教育又是这一路径的关键环节。然而,当前农村艺术教育存在着精神性与物质性的两大贫困,乡土艺术教育未能够得到充分的重视,更未能与乡土艺术产业化产生有效的链接。为改变这种态势,我国农村艺术教育应借助"物""人"结合的资源供应机制,通过"感知"与"实践"共契的双重人才培养机制,实现艺术联动与市场反哺的发展模式,继而助力我国打赢农村地区的教育脱贫攻坚战,助力我国建设成为社会主义文化强国。The flourishing of the art industry has made the development of local art become an important path for China to alleviate poverty and the development of rural art education has become a key link in this path.However,due to various reasons,there are two major poverties in rural art education,spiritual and material.The local art education has not been fully valued and thus fails to produce an effective link with the industrialization of local art.In order to change this situation,the rural art education in China should rely on the resource supply mechanism of the combination of“material”and“human”,and realize the development mode of art linkage and market feedback through the dual talent training mechanism of“perception”and“practice”.In this way,it is expected to help our country to win the fight against poverty in education and build our country into a socialist culture power.
