摘  要:"一带一路"倡议的提出,给高职院校国际化发展带来机遇与挑战。对高职院校而言,中外合作办学是引进国外优质教育资源,培养国际优秀人才,提升国际竞争力的有效路径。高职院校中外合作办学在机构设置、人员配置、对外方合作院校办学条件审查、生源质量、双语师资力量、中外课程融合、质量监督体系等方面存在困境,针对以上困境提出相应的解决路径。"The Belt and Road Initiatives" brought opportunities and challenges to the development of internationalization of higher vocational colleges. Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in higher vocational colleges is the effective path to introduce high-quality foreign educational resources, train international talents and enhance international competitiveness. This study found that there were some predicaments in the institutional setup, staffing allocation, censorship of cooperation condition, students quality, bilingual faculty quality, integration of Chinese and foreign curriculum and quality supervision system, and corresponding solutions to the above difficulties were proposed.
