摘 要:自主学习能力是住院医师必须具备的一种核心胜任力。通过对住院医师进行自主学习能力的培养,使之能适应医学知识和信息的快速发展,并能够独立应对与解决临床问题,做出合理的判断与决策,这也是毕业后医学教育的重要挑战。研究显示:能运用循证医学进行临床实践是一种可量化的自主学习技能,是终身学习能力的一部分。因此,将循证医学的信息获取、评价与应用的基本技巧与模式引入医学教育,是培养住院医师终身自主学习习惯的一种有效方式,也有利于构建系统的自主学习能力的评价方法。自主学习能力遵循胜任力医学教育评价的基本准则,采用有计划、有步骤、全面的、复合性的评估方案。在构建评价体系时,采用循证临床实践中的知识、技能、态度与行为等4个维度组成不同目标的评价方法,开展对自主学习能力的评估。Self-directed learning ability is a core competency requirement for residents.It is an important challenge for the postgraduate medical education system to develop residents’Self-directed learning ability,so as to help them adapt to the rapid growth of medical knowledge and information,as well as deal with all kinds of clinical problems independently and make reasonable judgments and decisions.Former researches show that evidence-based medicine(EBM)is a quantifiable and measurable form of self-directed learning,which is part of lifelong learning capacity.Therefore,introducing the fundamental skills and ways of information acquisition of EBM into medical education is an effective way to cultivate residents’lifelong self-directed learning habits,furthermore,establish a systematic method for assessment and evaluation of self-directed learning.The assessment principle of self-directed learning ability follows the basic rule of competency-based medical education evaluation,which is well-planned,systematic,comprehensive and integrated.Four psychometric dimensions of knowledge,skills,attitude,and behavior in evidence-based clinical practice were used to form the evaluation system of self-directed learning ability towards different subjects.
