摘 要:本文探讨颞骨影像教学方法改革在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床带教中的应用效果,为颞骨影像规范化培训教学提供参考。分析颞骨影像培训教学过程出现的问题,充分利用图像存档和传输系统(Picture Archiving Communicating System,PACS),采用颞骨解剖与影像结合、术前阅片与手术结合的方式让住院医师全面掌握颞骨的基本结构特点;利用多学科联合会诊模式学习疑难病例的影像读片,快速熟悉异常颞骨的解剖病变。通过颞骨影像教学改革,使住院医师快速建立颞骨的空间立体概念,在描述颞骨影像学征象,定位肿瘤、推测肿瘤性质,病历书写方面取得明显效果,带教老师的专业素质也在培训中得到巩固和增强。调整和综合运用多种教学方式方法进行颞骨影像教学方法改革,能激发住院医师的学习热情,缩短培训周期,提高教学质量。Temporal bone surgery is the basis of diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases, and preoperative image reading is the guarantee of surgical safety. This article discusses the effect of temporal bone image teaching method reform in clinical teaching of otolaryngology surgery. It provides reference for the standardized training of temporal bone image reading. This paper analyzes some problems in the training and teaching of temporal bone image, and proposes that we should make full use of the PACS system, and combine the anatomy and image of temporal bone. The basic structural characteristics of temporal bone were fully grasped by preoperative reading. Multi-disciplinary Team(MDT) mode was used to study the imaging reading of difficult cases so that students can fully understand the basic structural characteristics of temporal bone. Through the reform of temporal bone imaging teaching, students can quickly form the temporal bone spatial concept. Significant results have been achieved in terms of description of the temporal bone’ s imaging signs, determinations of the location and pathological types of the tumor, and the level of medical record writing. The professional quality of teachers is also consolidated and enhanced in the training. The reform of temporal bone image teaching method by adjusting and using various teaching methods can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, shorten training period and improve teaching quality.
