摘 要:目的探讨现代化的教学模式在临床脑电图教学方法中的应用。方法纳入2017年4月-2018年1月90例脑电图临床见习生以数字表法分组。常规临床脑电图教学组采用常规的临床脑电图教学方法,现代化的教学模式组采用现代化的教学模式。比较两组教学老师对脑电图临床见习生理论知识评分、脑电图操作考核评价;脑电图临床见习生自我学习能力评价(包括脑电图操作能力、问题理解能力、脑电图报告的书写能力等)。结果现代化的教学模式组临床脑电图教学满意度高于常规临床脑电图教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);现代化的教学模式组教学老师对脑电图临床见习生理论知识评分、脑电图操作考核评价高于常规临床脑电图教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);现代化的教学模式组脑电图临床见习生自我学习能力评价(包括脑电图操作能力、问题理解能力、脑电图报告的书写能力等)高于常规临床脑电图教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现代化的教学模式在脑电图临床见习生实习中的应用效果确切,可提高见习生的临床技能,是一种值得推广的临床脑电图教学模式。Objective To explore the application of modern teaching mode in clinical EEG teaching methods.Methods 90 cases of clinical EEG trainees who were enrolled from April 2017 to January 2018 were grouped by digital table.The conventional clinical EEG teaching group adopts the conventional clinical EEG teaching method,and the modern teaching mode group adopts the modern teaching mode.Compare the two groups of teaching teachers'evaluation of the theoretical knowledge of EEG clinical trainees and the evaluation of EEG operation;the evaluation of self-learning ability of clinical trainees in EEG writing ability,etc.).Results Satisfaction of clinical EEG teaching in the modern teaching mode group was higher than that of the conventional clinical EEG teaching group(P<0.05);teaching teachers in the modern teaching mode group scored theoretical knowledge of EEG clinical trainees,and performed EEG operations.The assessment was higher than the conventional clinical EEG teaching group(P<0.05);the self-learning ability evaluation of clinical trainees in the modern teaching mode group(including EEG operation ability,problem understanding ability,writing ability of EEG report)Etc.)higher than the conventional clinical EEG teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modern teaching mode has a definite application effect in the clinical practice of EEG clinical trainees,can improve the clinical skills of trainees,and is a clinical EEG teaching mode worthy of promotion.
