党建、团学、教学协同育人意蕴价值及机制构建——基于体育教育人才培养视角

摘　　要：在我国社会主义新时期里,强化党建对高等教育的引导既是国家发展战略的需要,也是高等教育培养人才的现实需要。运用文献资料、访谈等法,以四所不同类型有体育教育专业的高校为考察样本进行研究。研究认为,新时期里高等体育教育人才培养存在“立德树人”落实不够、党建引领弱化、党团教学协同育人创新不足的现实。提出了“党建、团学、教学”协同培养体育教育人才机制的基本内涵与架构。机制构建,首要,厘清党建、团学、教学三者在培养人才中的辩证关系;其次,多方主体参与下调查研究,找到影响体育教育人才培养里党建、团学、教学分离的因素;再次,以党建为牵引,把党建、团学工作、教学工作三位有机融合,统筹多方实现主体协同、内容协同和方法协同。In the new period of socialism in our country,strengthening the guidance of the party construction to the higher education is not only the need of the national development strategy,but also the realistic need of higher education training talents.Using the methods of literature and interview,this paper takes four different types of colleges and universities with physical education major as the research samples.The research shows that in the new era,there are some problems in the cultivation of talents in higher physical education,such as the insufficient implementation of"building morality and cultivating talents",the weakening of the leadership of the party construction,and the insufficient innovation in the collaborative education of the party and the league.This paper puts forward the basic connotation and framework of the mechanism of"Party building,League learning,and student teaching"to train physical education talents.To build the mechanism,we should first clarify the dialectical relationship among Party building,League learning and student teaching in the cultivation of talents;secondly,with the participation of many subjects,we should investigate and find out the factors that affect the separation of Party building,League learning and student teaching in the cultivation of physical education talents;thirdly,we should integrate the three aspects of Party building,League learning and student teaching,and coordinate and realize the coordination and content of the subjects collaboration and method collaboration.
