摘　　要：混合教学的优势已被接受和认可,在很多高校推广应用。但是在混合教学的过程中,仍然存在教学设计不能满足混合教学的要求,教学资源形式化、考核形式单一化、网络平台复杂化等问题,导致不能实现教学效果的最大化。文章从学校政策支持,教师提高自身的混合教学设计能力、发挥学生的积极主动性,以及选用易用的网络平台等方面提出了改进方法。The advantages of blended learning have been accepted and recognized,and it has been widely used in many colleges and universities.However,in the process of blended learning,there are still some problems,such as the teaching design cannot meet the requirements of blended learning,the teaching resources are formality,the assessment form is simplified,and the network platform is complex,which lead to the failure of maximizing the teaching effect.This paper puts forward the improvement methods from the aspects that school provides policy support,teachers improve their own ability of blended learning design to give full play to students'initiative,as well as the selection of easy-to-use network platform.
