新时代理论学习型社团对高职院校思政教育的影响研究

摘　　要：学习型社团是指具有学习型组织内涵的社团,即通过培养学生社团组织的学习气氛,强调自主学习和团体学习,充分发挥学生社团成员的创新能力而建立起来的一种有机的、可持续的、以信息和知识为基础的社团组织.它具有精简、扁平化、组织再造和持续学习的特征,增益绩效显著.高职院校通过建立新时代理论学习型社团,加强了学生理论学习的精准性、实用性,使新时代理论往心里走、往实处落,是高职思政教育的一种积极方式.Learning-type associations refer to the associations with the connotation of learning-type organizations,namely,an organic,sustainable,information-and knowledge-based associations established by cultivating the learning atmosphere of student associations,emphasizing autonomous learning and group learning,and giving full play to the innovative ability of members of student associations.It is of the characteristics of streamlining,flattening,organizational reengineering and continuous learning,with remarkable performance gains.By establishing a new-era theory learning society,Higher vocational colleges have strengthened the accuracy and practicability of theoretical learning,made the new-era theory go to heart and settle down to reality,and are ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,a positive way of education.
