摘 要:车辆良好的行驶平顺性对减轻乘员的疲劳,降低运输过程中所受动载荷具有重要意义。对采用摇臂式悬架的三轴式车辆平顺性进行研究,根据整车参数,在Adams/View中建立车辆的整车动力学模型,并构建D级随机路面,在一定车速下对其行驶平顺性进行分析,初步验证了初始的悬架设计参数对车辆相关平顺性要求的满足情况。通过改变车辆各轴的悬架刚度和阻尼参数,分析车辆前中后三轴的刚度和阻尼的变化对整车平顺性的影响规律。结果表明,中间轴的刚度和阻尼变化对整车平顺性影响较小,通过对比,前轴和后轴的刚度阻尼变化对整车平顺性影响相对较大。The good ride comfort of vehicle1 is of great significance to reduce the fatigue of passengers and the dynamic load of vehicle during transportation.The ride comfort of three-axle vehicle with rocker suspension is studied.According to the vehicle parameters,the vehicle dynamic model is established in Adams/view,and the D-level random road surface is constructed.The ride comfort is analyzed at a certain speed,the initial suspension design parameters are verified to meet the vehicle related ride comfort requirements.By changing the suspension stiffness and damping parameter of each axle of the vehicle,the influence of the changes of the stiffness and damping of the front,middle and rear axles of the vehicle on the ride comfort of the vehicle is analyzed.The results show that the change of stiffness and damping of the middle axles has little effect on the ride comfort of the vehicle.By comparison,the change of stiffness and damping of the front axle and the rear axle has relatively greater impact on the ride comfort of the vehicle.
